<p>Cyclists are also responsible: most use <a href="http://www.bikemiamivalley.org/safety1.htm">hand signals</a> and bells. The Police stop cyclists who don&#8217;t have motor-powered (<a href="http://www.amazon.com/Bell-Generator-Bicycle-Light-Set/dp/B000AAYBV4">ex</a>) taillights.</p>
