That’s right kids, break out your nalgenes, it’s happening again. And this time, we’re crossing the border. We’d be going from Marine City, Michigan to Buffalo, New York.

 Munich is full of beautiful affordances
for pedestrians and cyclists. You can walk or bike the entire city, and nearly every street has a clearly marked bike lane on each side. Directions for cyclists are clear, and traffic laws require cars to yield.
Cyclists are also responsible: most use hand signals and bells. The Police stop cyclists who don’t have motor-powered (ex) taillights.
