		<description>You&#039;ve seen tripit.com I assume? Not project management, but it has the concept of interface-by-email and intelligent, semi-automatic attachment handling.

Also, the bug tracker Roundup (roundup.sf.net) can do all the update-by-email stuff (using keywords instead of natural language) but the web interface might be a little heavyweight.</description>
